These Terms govern purchases from Covert Aesthetic through this website. By completing payment through checkout, you agree to the version shown at the time of purchase. Please review the product, size, price, shipping, return rules, and these Terms before paying.

If you do not agree, do not complete checkout. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow a merchant to waive.

Covert Aesthetic is the customer-facing seller for orders placed on this website and remains your point of contact for payment, order, delivery, and remedy questions.

Stripe processes checkout and payment. After a signed paid notification is verified, the order is created in Printify and held for Covert Aesthetic to review and approve before production. Printify and the selected fulfillment provider produce and ship the made-to-order garment. These providers perform services for Covert Aesthetic; they are not the seller to you and are not made a party to your purchase by these Terms. Using them does not remove Covert Aesthetic's responsibilities under applicable law.

Product price, selected size and color, quantity, and the order total are shown for review before payment. Shipping is a flat $8 per order. No optional shipping-protection or insurance fee is added. Stripe calculates and shows tax at checkout where an applicable active registration requires collection.

Stripe shows the immediate checkout result on its hosted page. The return page on this site is not payment proof by itself. Covert Aesthetic accepts an order only after our server verifies Stripe's signed notification, paid status, catalog, U.S. address, shipping charge, tax total, and order record. If you are unsure whether payment completed, do not submit the order again; email covertaesthetic@gmail.com with the checkout email and approximate time.

We may contact you or decline and reverse a transaction if an item or variant is unavailable, the price is clearly erroneous, the order cannot be fulfilled safely, or fraud screening requires it. Any remedy will follow applicable law.

Orders ship only to valid addresses within the United States. Shipping is a flat $8 per order. Garments are made to order through our fulfillment partner network.

Production and delivery dates shown at checkout or in an order update are estimates, not guarantees. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address. If a delay or delivery problem occurs, contact Covert Aesthetic so we can review the order and work with the relevant service provider. We do not disclaim responsibility for shipping or non-delivery where applicable law places that responsibility on us.

Each garment is produced for the order. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or because the customer selected the wrong size or color, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Review the product information and selection carefully before paying.

Do not mail a garment to an unapproved address. Covert Aesthetic will provide instructions if a return is required as part of an approved remedy.

Report an item that arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective within 30 days of delivery. For suspected loss in transit, contact us when the tracking or delivery circumstances indicate a problem. Email covertaesthetic@gmail.com with the order number, a short description, and clear photos or relevant tracking evidence as appropriate.

Covert Aesthetic will review the report. If damage, misprint, defect, or loss is confirmed and eligible, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may be a reprint or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law. A report does not guarantee an automatic refund or reprint. This process does not limit any remedy the law requires.

Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or change a size, color, quantity, or delivery address. We can attempt a change only before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible and are not guaranteed. This does not affect cancellation or other rights that applicable law cannot lawfully restrict.

If tracking appears stalled, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, or another delivery issue arises, email covertaesthetic@gmail.com with the order number and relevant tracking evidence. We will review the available information and coordinate with the relevant fulfillment or delivery provider.

The resolution depends on the facts and applicable law. A confirmed eligible loss may be resolved by reprint or refund after review; neither outcome is automatic for every report. We will explain the outcome and any next step. These Terms do not remove Covert Aesthetic's lawful responsibility as the merchant.

We aim to present product colors, scale, placement, and garment details accurately, but screens and production processes can create minor visual variation. A material defect is handled under the quality process above.

Covert Aesthetic names, artwork, photography, copy, and site design may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. Scripture excerpts are identified on the storefront; their appearance does not imply church, artist, or institutional endorsement.

The storefront has no customer accounts or hidden tracking. Bag and privacy choices remain in the browser as described in the Privacy Notice.

If the AI support chat is enabled, messages typed into it and limited recent conversation context are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. Anonymous chat transcripts are retained privately by Covert Aesthetic for 30 days for support quality and abuse review, then deleted. Customers must not submit card details, passwords, addresses, authentication codes, or other sensitive information. The assistant cannot access or verify an individual order.

Stripe handles payment processing and the checkout, payment, contact, and shipping information needed for the order. Stripe-hosted Checkout means this storefront does not receive or store the card number. The store keeps selected items, amounts, opaque checkout and event identifiers, and processing state and consent evidence needed to validate payment and prevent duplicate orders; it does not store the checkout email or delivery address. When a signed shipment notice arrives, the store temporarily retrieves the checkout email from Stripe solely to send a transactional tracking update through Resend, then does not copy the email into its order database.

After verified payment, Printify and the fulfillment provider selected for the order receive only the information needed to produce and ship it: recipient name, shipping address, contact details where required, items and variants, shipping method, and order identifiers. The order is held for merchant production approval.

Support email includes what the customer chooses to send and any order details needed to investigate and respond. Information is shared only as applicable for payment, fulfillment, transactional delivery updates, support, legal compliance, and protection against fraud or abuse. Covert Aesthetic remains responsible for an accurate privacy notice; we do not claim that order data is never shared or identify a provider that has not been selected for a transaction.

Marketing emails are optional. The unchecked option before secure checkout lets you request Covert Aesthetic product news, collection launches and offers at the email address you enter in Stripe. We record your choice, the notice version and time with the checkout reference; the email address stays with Stripe, not in our order database. Only a completed, verified purchase makes this checkout opt-in eligible for a future mailing list. An unchecked box is not new consent. This is separate from order and shipment emails, SMS, analytics and advertising choices. No customer account or signup is required to buy. To withdraw consent, email covertaesthetic@gmail.com; future marketing messages must also provide an unsubscribe link. This checkout option does not itself send promotional messages.

Optional Google Analytics: when configured and you allow analytics, Google receives pseudonymous browser/session identifiers, product IDs, viewed/added items, checkout starts, and server-verified purchase amounts with an opaque transaction ID. Only approved Google, Instagram, Facebook and campaign source labels are retained; unknown sources are unattributed. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, card details or full URL query strings to analytics. Advertising signals and personalization are not enabled by this analytics choice. Our browser identifiers and checkout attribution expire after 90 days; Google event/user retention is configured separately. You can choose Necessary only from Privacy choices to stop future browser tracking and request cancellation of pending analytics delivery. An event already sent cannot be recalled. Shopping, payment and fulfillment do not depend on analytics. Email marketing permission is separate.

For checkout confirmation, essential signed cookies cover up to five recent checkout attempts and expire after 24 hours. A temporary reference stays in your browser tab. They connect this device to a read-only payment-status check; they contain no card or contact details.

When the welcome offer is enabled, its separate, unchecked signup box requests Covert Aesthetic marketing emails through Klaviyo. You must confirm that signup to receive the personal 10% code for a first eligible order with at least $100 in merchandise before discount, excluding shipping and tax. Marketing signup is required for the offer, never for a purchase; the optional checkout marketing checkbox remains separate. Klaviyo keeps email and subscription records and handles confirmation and unsubscribe requests. Once signup is confirmed, Resend delivers a claim link and Stripe checks offer eligibility. The address is temporarily encrypted in our verification records and cleared after successful verification; expired verification data is cleared during routine offer processing. A keyed email hash, Stripe and Klaviyo references, consent version and timestamps, and offer-use record are retained for consent evidence and the one-use limit. An essential HttpOnly cookie connects this browser to the offer until 14 days after the first request. The personal code is shown only after confirmation and is not saved in browser storage; you may choose to copy it. You may unsubscribe anytime through the link in marketing emails or by contacting covertaesthetic@gmail.com.

SMS is not enabled. Owner and legal review are required before activation. If Covert Aesthetic enables SMS, phone numbers and consent records would be processed by Klaviyo. Marketing texts would require separate optional consent and would not be a condition of purchase. Email permission at checkout is not SMS permission.

No SMS signup offer is currently available. Any email-verified welcome offer is separate and is shown in the shop only when enabled. Optional analytics and advertising remain off unless separately allowed. Any future SMS program must disclose its cadence, message and data rates, STOP/HELP instructions and current provider terms before collecting consent.

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the storefront or other people.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Covert Aesthetic is not responsible for losses that are indirect, unforeseeable, or caused by misuse of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory consumer rights are not waived, and an unlawful disclaimer does not apply.

We may update these Terms to reflect the actual service, policies, or law. The current version will be posted at this URL with its update date. A material change will not be applied retroactively where the law does not permit that.
